- ✅ If you’re in an R-2 or other non–single-family zone: You can build this model now. We’re ready to help you move forward immediately.
- 📆 If you’re in an R-1 (single-family) zone: Starting June 30, you’ll be eligible to build this ADU under the new Colorado Springs zoning code.
